A2P SMS Consent Evidence
HappyShift/Sloane sends transactional scheduling SMS to existing caregivers on behalf of licensed home care agencies. This page provides public evidence for the campaign consent flow, operator acknowledgments, caregiver notification settings, and opt-out controls.
Campaign message flow: Recipients are existing caregivers employed or contracted by home-care agencies using HappyShift. During caregiver signup, hiring, onboarding, scheduling setup, or roster import, the agency collects the caregiver mobile number and records permission to receive recurring work-related scheduling SMS from HappyShift/Sloane on the agency's behalf. Agencies may import that consent from their scheduling/EHR platform or record it directly before enabling outreach in HappyShift. Messages include open shift offers, availability questions, confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates. Message frequency varies based on scheduling needs. Message and data rates may apply. Caregivers can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT, or by updating their notification settings in HappyShift. They can opt back in by replying START, UNSTOP, or RESUME, and can reply HELP or INFO for help. Operators can also turn off outreach for an individual caregiver from the caregiver profile. HappyShift does not use public lead forms, purchased lists, marketing lists, or patient-facing outreach.
